CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are required on all services, they are NON-REFUNDABLE & not transferable upon cancellation. It is understandable that unexpected occurrences happen & I am happy to try & work with you. However, please note the following: - Cancelled appointments of less than the 48 hour policy notice & same day cancellation will be charged the 50% cancellation fee of their service scheduled to cover the missed appointment. - Rescheduled appointments must be made within 24 hours & are allowable upon communication for a future date. - Any no-call, no-shows will be charged 75% of the service scheduled to cover the missed appointment slot. - If fees per policy are unable to be obtained at the time it's due, you will not be approved to participate in future bookings. If you rebook you must provide a 50% deposit. Thank you for understanding.
